Van Cleef Side Table

Design Story

The Van Cleef Side Table is a one-of-a-kind sculptural piece inspired by the organic form of a flower. Designed with two revolving tops, it brings movement and versatility to an otherwise static piece of furniture.

The upper top, crafted from Tavozza Marble, revolves independently above a lower wooden top, allowing the two surfaces to shift and interact with one another. A powder-coated metal rod connects both tops to the Tavozza Marble base, creating a refined structural line through the centre of the design.

With its floral silhouette, layered surfaces, and revolving construction, Van Cleef is as much a conversation piece as it is a functional side table.

Design & Craftsmanship

The Van Cleef combines Tavozza Marble, natural wood, and powder-coated metal into a distinctive architectural composition. Both tabletops are designed to revolve, offering flexibility in how the piece is positioned and used.

The upper marble surface introduces the richness and individuality of natural stone, while the wooden lower top adds warmth and contrast. A solid Tavozza Marble base anchors the design and provides a strong foundation.

Natural variations in the marble's veining, tone, and movement ensure that every Van Cleef possesses its own distinctive character.
